Special Opportunity for Youth Pastors

Mentor High School Students in Your Area as a Part-Time Lead Coach!
Learn More About the Job!

Lead Coaches are part-time staff who take leadership roles in Campus Ministry so that high school students can meet Jesus.

Lead Coaches are given a mission field of 3-4 campuses, home to 3,000 - 8,000 students, and a mission to lead and develop teams of mentors (typically college students) to coach high school students at those campuses. Lead Coaches serve as role models, hands-on trainers, and supervisors for Meant for More Coaches (volunteer mentors) assigned for each school. They get to shepherd and foster the community within each chapter towards God and each other as they are on mission together. They also have the opportunity to directly minister to the high school students at each campus to help them achieve their outreach goals.

All of these roles are paid, part-time positions that involve support raising.

As a youth pastor, you are likely already be well-connected with high schools in your area and know high school students eager for this kind of intentional discipleship! Additionally, you may have students in your youth group and local community who would excel as volunteer Meant for More Coaches under your leadership. While the Lead Coach position is open to college students, at NSP we are especially passionate about opening it up to youth pastors as well as we see it combining so naturally with the valuable kingdom work you're already doing through your local church. Many youth pastors have the time and financial need to take on a part-time role in addition to their pastoral duties. If that's you, we encourage you to reach out to learn more or apply now!

To learn more about any of these roles, talk to your Chapter Director or email
